Before writing to us

When will I receive my order?

We prepare your order in our Ghisonaccia lab within 48 business hours. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery within mainland France, depending on the chosen method. From Corsica, some deliveries may take an extra day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How to track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking link and a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via this link, or from your customer account under "My Orders." If you have not received anything within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Do you deliver internationally?

We deliver in metropolitan France, Corsica, as well as in the European Union and Switzerland. For destinations outside the EU, customs fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary from 5 to 10 working days depending on the country. For any delivery request to another destination, please write to us.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. The product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics or essential oils once their seal has been removed. Contact us at contact@heliosdicorsica.com with your order number, and we will tell you what to do. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we made an error.

Are all your products organic?

The vast majority of our products are certified organic by Ecocert (FR-BIO-01). Some references, such as certain products in the perfume or home range, are not certifiable organic by nature but are always formulated with the maximum amount of natural ingredients. Each product sheet specifies the exact certification of the product concerned.

Can we visit the museum?

Yes, and it's free. Our Immortelle Museum, designed in collaboration with L'Occitane, is located inside our Ghisonaccia store. There, you can discover the entire process, from harvesting to distillation, at your own pace. For groups, a guided tour is possible upon request—contact us to arrange this.
